The use of
this site is governed by the policies, terms, and
conditions set forth below. Please read them
carefully. Your use of this site and/or your placement
of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
Prices,
specifications, and availability of products are
subject to change without notice. Any typographical,
photographic, or specification error in product
pricing or offers is subject to correction.

Payment
Options
We
currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
American Express as payment for your order. To protect
you from the risk of credit card fraud and abuse, we
verify all billing addresses with the issuing bank. We
require a telephone number and email address in order
to contact you if there is a question or problem with
your order. Our standard method of communication
is email.
We also
accept money orders for orders. With money
orders, we will process your order when we receive the
money order. Personal checks must clear before
order is shipped.

Order
Processing & Cancellations
Orders
received before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time are
processed the same business day. Orders received after
that are processed the next business day. Most orders
ship within 48hours of processing with the exception
of custom orders which can take up to 10 days. Business days are
Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Processing an order generally consists of checking
stock availability, charging your card and sending
your order to the appropriate warehouse for shipment.
AllBall
does not guarantee your order will be processed. If
additional shipping charges apply, your card is
declined, the billing address for your card does not
match the billing information you provided, or there
are technical problems, your order may not be
processed until the matter is resolved.
"STOCK"
orders
may be cancelled up to the time they are processed for
shipping. Custom orders must be canceled within
24hours. Once orders are processed for shipping, we
do not have the ability to cancel shipment.
Orders
that have one or more items that become unavailable
will have those items removed from the order, and the
remaining items will be shipped. Single item
orders that become unavailable will be cancelled.
Unavailable items will not be put on back
order. Charges will be adjusted to reflect the
items actually shipped. We will notify you about
any changes via email as soon as we can.

Uniform
& Apparel Decorating Policy
All
orders for uniform, equipment and apparel decorating
must be in writing with signature authorization. All
information necessary to decorate an item(s) must be
included on the appropriate custom decorating form.
Please be careful to ensure the accuracy of the
information provided (correct spelling, capitalization
& punctuation, color, layout, fonts, logos and any
other relevant information). Your item will be
customized using the information you provide.
For items that are to be
numbered or in some other way uniquely decorated such
as a player name, if we are not provided with the
specifics of which item gets which specific decoration
(number, player name, etc.) your order will be placed
on hold until we can verify this information. For
items to be numbered, if specific numbers are not
selected we will assign numbers starting with #1 and
ending with the total number of items ordered. AllBall
Sports
and/or its agents reserve the right to alter the size
and/or layout of lettering, logo, or design so that it
will fit and look attractive on the uniform ordered.
We do not reproduce
copyrighted material without appropriate evidence that
the customer has rights to reproduce any particular
design, logo, lettering or other decorating. For any
decorating that AllBall
or its agents believe may be protected, we will
require the customer to provide written evidence of
these rights.
Payment for your decorating
order must be received in full before work can begin
on your order. Once production on your decorating
order has begun, your order cannot be modified or
cancelled. If more items need to be added to an order
already in progress, there may be a delay in the
shipment of the completed order.
Please make sure you are
satisfied with the size, color and other
characteristics of the items to be customized. Size
& color charts are available online for most
items. If you’re not sure about fit, color, etc.
please order appropriate samples. Once items have been
decorated, they CAN NOT be returned or exchanged.

Stock
Availability
Our typical
customer is an individual buying one or more items for
personal use. If you need larger quantities, please
contact Customer Service.
We
make every effort to accurately indicate the availability of
the merchandise we offer; however, we do not have real time
inventory information. We update our stock availability
information as needed based on the information provided to us
by the warehouses we work with. Unfortunately, there are
times when an item is indicated as being available when it has
run out at the warehouse it ships from.
We
usually do not put unavailable items on backorder. If we
have taken an order for an item that became unavailable before
it was shipped, we will generally contact you to see what you
would like to do. If we are unable to reach you by phone
or email, we will cancel that item(s) from your order and ship
the available items from your order. If this happens, we
will notify you via email as soon as we can.

Shipping
Policy
Shipping
charges are determined by the amount of the order, the
shipping method used, the shipping destination (Lower
48 vs AK & HI), and a small handling fee.
Orders
received before 1:00pm PST are processed for
shipment the same business day. Most items ship
within 24 hours of processing. Shipping &
delivery days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends
and holidays.
We ship
to the 50 United States and APO/FPO Boxes. Add 2
- 5 business days for USPS Priority Mail orders to
process. UPS will not ship to APO/FPO addresses;
orders to these addresses will have the shipping
method changed to USPS Priority Mail.
We do
all we can to get our orders shipped promptly, and
most orders ship within 48 hours of being sent to the
warehouse. We do not guarantee
delivery dates, and we do not refund shipping charges
if items do not ship on a specific day. We will
do everything we can to get your order to you as
quickly as possible. If there is a problem with
the delivery of your order, we will do everything we
can to help resolve the problem.
Tracking
numbers are available for orders shipped via UPS &
FedEx. Tracking numbers are not available for
USPS Priority Mail. If available, tracking
numbers are sent via email, generally after 12pm of
the business day after your order ships.I

Returns
& Exchanges
Your
satisfaction is important to us. You may return most
merchandise within 30 days of your purchase so long as
the merchandise is in new, and
resalable condition.
Close out and discontinued items are not returnable.
Orders that have been decorated in ANY way with
numbers, logos, team/player names are not returnable.
All
returns must have an RMA (return merchandise
authorization) number on the outside of the package.
An RMA may be obtained from All
Ball Sports Customer
Service and can be reached at 800-693-6972
or returns@allball.net.
Packages that do not have an RMA number on the outside
of the package will not be accepted.
Items
not returned as defective may be charged a restocking
fee of up to 20% of the purchase price.
Restocking fees are only charged if our supplier
charges us. Most of our other suppliers retain
the option to charge restocking fees in case the
returned items is not in new resalable condition, i.e.
missing labels or packaging, dirty, etc., but as a
matter of practice, they do not.
Refunds
are generally issued 2 to 4 weeks after the returned
item(s) are received at the warehouse.
Please note that we only refund shipping charges if
the return is a result of our error. When
returning merchandise, please make sure that the
package is insured and has a tracking number. We
are not responsible for lost packages.
In
order to help keep our prices low and to get your
items to you as quickly as possible, we do not
exchange merchandise. We treat exchanges as a return
and a new sale. This
allows you to get the item you really wanted sooner
than if we waited for the original item to be received
at our warehouse before sending out the new item.
If the "exchange" is because of our mistake,
we will not charge you shipping for the
"exchanged" item.

Uniform
Samples
We understand that
sometimes you want to take a look at the uniforms and
feel the fabric, as well as make sure that sizing is
accurate. To help out, we'll try to send out
representative sizing samples of up to 2 different
packages. We can't guarantee that particular styles,
colors or sizes will be available for shipping at the
time of your request.
If
samples are available at the time of your request, all
we ask is for your credit card information, which we
do not charge as long as the samples are returned
within 3 weeks.
If
you choose to keep the samples, you will be billed for
them at the resale price.
Unfortunately,
we don't ship samples to Hawaii, Alaska or
internationally. Any sample requests from outside the
contiguous 48 states will have to be purchased.
We
do not send sample accessories such as socks and visors.

Sales
Tax
No Sales
Tax for any orders shipped outside the State of California.
Orders shipped within California
are taxed at 7.75%.
For organizations that are exempt from California
sales tax, sales tax will be waived if we are provided
a valid California
Sales Tax Exemption Certificate.

International
Orders
AllBall
does not ship to international locations. This
includes United States territories such as Puerto
Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, etc.
