Privacy
Protecting
your individual privacy is important to AllBall, and we only collect
the information necessary to effectively operate and manage our
business.
When an order is placed, personal
information is collected in order to complete the transaction. This
includes name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, home
and work phone numbers, credit card numbers, and any other
information necessary to complete the transaction.
The information collected by AllBall will
not be disclosed to any third party except as necessary to process
your transaction. It may also be provided to law enforcement or
other government officials as required by law. Your personal
information will not be provided to any third party for marketing
purposes. However, Allball from time to time may use this
information for its own marketing purposes.
Any inquiries regarding our privacy policy
or procedures may be directed to service@allball.net
All transmissions that contain personal or
order information are done using the industry standard Secure
Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol that encrypts personal information
being transferred over the Internet.
This policy may be changed at any time
without notice. All changes will be published on the AllBall
web site.
Security Measures
To protect you
from the risk of credit card fraud and abuse, we verify all billing
addresses with the issuing bank. We will not process an order for
which we cannot verify the billing address for the card being used.
Please make sure correct information is provided.
So that you may
shop with confidence, the AllBall web site is hosted by Paypal
an Ebay company on the Stronghold Secure Server. The
Stronghold Secure Server is the most secure commercial web server on
the market today. Once you click the Check Out button, your
transactions with AllBall over the Internet are secured using state
of the art SSL encryption technology. Once the transaction is
completed, your personal information is secured to the highest
possible level on the Stronghold Secure Server.
You can verify the
SSL encryption of our Check Out pages by looking for the following
signs on your browser. For all browsers, a SSL connection can be
identified by the URL address you are connected to. If the URL
address starts with https:// then your connection is being encrypted
all the way from your browser to the secure web server. The
"s" in https:// symbolizes the SSL connection. If the s is
not there, as in http://, then the connection is not secure.
If you use Netscape
Navigator or Internet Explorer then there will also be a visible
symbol on your browser indicating a SSL connection. On Netscape
Navigator, the padlocks on the main toolbar and the lower left
corner of the browser window will be closed and highlighted with
yellow. On Internet Explorer, there will be a closed yellow padlock
on the right side of the bottom of the browser window. You may also
get various other messages depending on the configuration of your
browser
